As the Head of Department in Information Technology (MEGT/Hales) for three years Lee was able to oversee the running of a productive and cooperative department where issues and conflict were a rarity. He implemented a web-based delivery which streamlined operations. He also achieved a steady number of students with a yearly increase of 10% in a very competitive and difficult market. Lee received extremely positive feedback from students during his time at Holmesglen TAFE. Feedback systems at Holmesglen very detailed and precise.

• Development of Certificate 1 and 11 curriculum for employment agencies associated with the WCIG network.
• Delivery of curriculum to trainees with disabilities and from disadvantaged backgrounds.
