I have a new running group on Fridays at lunchtime starting from the fabulous Lululemon Store in Bourke Street. Meet me outside the store (Bourke Street, in between Russell and Exhibition) at 12.30pm on Fridays for a 6km run around our beautiful city. A great way to meet new people, get some exercise and feel better when you get back to work! See you there!

Consider mixing up your run training sessions with some cross training such as deep water running, cycling or spin, or swimming. These optional sessions will still be a good cardio workout but without the impact on your joints & body
