My Mini Minders Pty Ltd is a trusted local business, focused on the development of relationships and education of children in stimulating environments. My Mini Minders has become a reliable ‘go-to’ for families across Melbourne in need of regular or last minute Minders. Specifically, My Mini Minders Pty Ltd provides two services from a selection of Casual Minders and Nannies whose profiles are accessible to all subscribing families:

All Minders undergo a stringent screening process to ensure that they are of the highest quality. This high quality is met through the following compulsory requirements:

- A Working With Children Check
- A First Aid Certificate
- A Minimum of 12 months age specific experience
- Two checked references

My Mini Co was founded out of a need to empower and encourage the development and wellbeing of children in the home and community. Having working with many families for many years

The key pillars of this organization are characterized by care (My Mini Minders), nutrition (My Mini Munchers) and education (My Mini Minds) as areas essential to ensuring a child's opportunities in life can be achieved.

Second to empowering children is empowering families. This is achieved through key projects aimed at informing and bringing awareness to a household. My Mini Edition, a publication designed to speak directly to families about what they buy, how they live and what they teach their children. My Mini Meets are styled events inviting the My Mini Co community to listen, create or learn from leading experts in their field on topics about gender diversity, bullying, sustainability in the home and more.
