Daylesford resident and author Meyer Eidelson summarises his passionate but erratic affairs of the heart with his fifteen books. In literary infatuation there is obsession, conception, gestation but how do we birth our infant books into being in this harsh unpublishing world? Meyer outlines the publishing challenges to his literary subjects: children, nature, family, Indigenous, history and biography.

What: FROM THE SHRINE TO THE SEA. Our public talk by Fran Horsley will report on the visionary project creating a boulevard from the Domain Gardens (St Kilda Road) to Port Phillip Bay via Albert and Kerferd Roads. All welcome. Free. Light supper afterwards.
