We're so excited to announce that we are one of the recipients of the State Library of Victoria's Alchemy grant! This means we are working on a project to pitch something exciting and innovative to the library to help more people navigate the space and engage with the collections that the SLV has on display.

Cooking Aussie Classics: Anzac Biscuits

Anzac Day falls on the 25th of April every year, the day Australians pause to remember and honour the contributions of our servicemen and women. For as long as we've been observing the holiday, the delicious Anzac biscuit has been a part of that tradition. 🥣Ingredients: 2 cups rolled oats 1 cup plain flour ⅔ cup caster sugar ¾ cup dessicated coconut ⅓ cup golden syrup 125g unsalted butter 1 tsp Bi-carb (/baking) soda 2 tbsp hot water Set oven to 160 degrees Celsius!
