The Secret the EXTREMELY wealthy people have known this all this time.

I have discovered it for myself.

It WORKS.

There is a lot of information written about the motivation for success, but there is very little about understanding the mechanics of wealth. Understanding the mechanics of things is very important because it gives you workability in actually creating what you want. The mechanics of a thing is the way by which the different parts of it function. When you know how things work and how to work with them, you can turn the ideal into the real. Wealth has mechanics that must be understood for it to be worked with.

The difference between the rich people and the common people is in their understanding of the mechanics of wealth. Rich people possess a greater understanding of how to create wealth, therefore they can create more of it than everyone else. This understanding is also known as wisdom. It is better to get wisdom than to get gold. That is because those who have wisdom can get the gold, whereas those who have gold without wisdom will lose the gold. The rich and the poor differ in their wisdom about gold.

There is one critical word which is the key that unlocks the door to personal prosperity, self-esteem and happiness in work or business. The word that leads to all wealth is exchange. Why should money come to you unless you have given something in return for it? The wealth that someone has is simply a reflection of how much-perceived value he has given to others in exchange for financial compensation. This lack of understanding about how money behaves is what forever separates the poor from the rich.

You have to give something to get. You cannot get rich by dreaming or thinking positive thoughts alone. You can only succeed if you have something to give, and in return, you will naturally receive all the wealth you can handle. You can’t get more out of the system than you put in. It’s as simple as that. How much money you make depends on the system you have created to bring in the money. The system itself is a business and the bigger your business becomes, the more money made.

Other than counterfeiters, only governments make money. The treasury prints the stuff and then declares it valuable. Nobody “makes money.” You trade for it. You earn it. The true nature of money is that it is created to facilitate the exchange of value among human beings. Value is also something that depends on perception. Therefore it is not necessarily true value but perceived value. The more perceived value someone can transfer to others in exchange for money, the more money they end up making.

In earning a living, dealing with others and sharing relationships, we are all responsible for doing or making something that we can call a “product.” Business is all about selling products. That is where all the money comes in. Without the sale of products, there is no business. It is the sale of products where the money comes in to pay all the workers in the company whether they are in administration, manufacturing, research or management. Every role in the company is redundant without the actual sales.

The product need not be a thing. We can carry out a service. But there is still a “something” at the end of it. A gardener may serve with knowledge and skill in horticulture (plants and crops). What he does can be called “gardening.” But his product would be stated slightly differently. His product might be flourishing healthy plants in an attractive fertile garden setting. The difference is in the way the product being sold is packaged and presented. Different products result in an exchange of value somehow.

Society has become too complex for us to do everything we need to do for ourselves. So we each specialize and do what we are good at. This is also called the division of labour. By working together on a project, we can achieve many times the success of a single individual working alone. Cooperation is the key to success. What we each produce is our contribution to making all this work, by which we earn our place in society. The specialized work does nothing except by the overall product that is created.

If you want to get rich you just have to work out a way to leverage the system, so that you move your product faster. For real wealth you need a good product, that people consider valuable, and you need to figure out how to move lots of that product into the hands of customers. All these require the ability to create a good product, know how to present it in a way that makes people buy and find ways to promote it as successfully as possible. That is why entrepreneurship is the key to super wealth.

The mechanics of wealth are not mentioned in many places that talk about prosperity. You’d think the magic of getting rich was just drawing it in. “Attraction”. Just hold out your hand. It’s nonsense. You can’t “attract” wealth alone. You have to give something. Why should the wealth of the world enter into your hands unless you have first set up a system that enables you to draw it in exchange for something that you offer? Even Joseph had stored up food for Egypt to sell to others in famine time.

Only by serving the needs of others and listening to their wants, can you create true success and real wealth. Serving doesn’t mean you go and work for free. It does mean you work on other peoples’ needs, not just your own. We all serve by giving other people something that they want in exchange for something that we want. Nobody smart would do something without getting what they want, whether it is fulfilment, happiness or money. You must direct energy out to bring you what you want.

You will encounter people who hurt you, betray your trust, and break agreements and contracts because they drop THEIR standards and their self-respect. This is when others will not live up to YOUR standards and this is when others will NOT respect YOU, and what you stand for.

You always see in relationships, friendships, businesses, and business relationships that things are great at the start, there was once that connection, respect, love, growth, and forward motion ➡️➡️

But as we all have experienced it doesn’t last.

Something goes wrong, and things change.

What happens is.......

It only takes 1 person 🚶🏽‍♂️to lose THEIR SELF - Love, respect, relationship, standards, focus, etc........

Then they begin to START destroying everything around them.

When things begin to break down between people, they start to focus on the other person or person's flaws, weaknesses, bad points, and ugliness and even make things up about this person to make themselves feel better about their connection destroying behaviours and Inner-Mind strategies.

We can save so many friendships, marriages, and families and save so much wasted time, pain, and lost human connection if we realise what we are doing.

Be the bigger person and STOP this waste of life and time.

Take the time to read the entire post. I know how people's minds work. They are lazy and will ONLY read the first few lines.....Start acting like a professional in all areas of your life, and start applying yourself to your full potential.

Winning all the time in the Game of YOUR LIFE.

To win, you have to think like a winner. Many people want to win, but yet they do not have what it takes to win. It’s funny how they are just kidding themselves about winning when they don’t even know what it is they are doing at all. There is one crucial factor that separates the winners from the losers, and that is the way they think. Winners possess a winning attitude. Most people are mistaken about what it truly is, and that’s why only some win more than any other all the time in every place.

Winners think differently than most people, and that is the reason why they win. People who have any other way of thinking, simply do not win. To know why many people lose, you have to know the loser’s mentality. All kinds of thinking that results in people not winning is the loser’s mentality. Beware that most of what is known as ordinary thinking is loser’s thinking. It’s quite obvious actually, because if ordinary thinking is the winner’s thinking, then everyone you know would be winning already.

But no, that is not the case. That is why if you want to be a winner, you have to break through all the nonsense way of thinking that almost every clueless person has bought into and is making others buy into it as well. Most of this thinking is disguised as the right way to think. Some people go as far as being disillusioned into thinking that these are the winner’s way of thinking. But the fact is much of this thinking is meant to make you a good loser like them, and nothing more than that.

Losers have loser ideas such as you should just play to have fun, and that winning is not everything. That’s why they lose. They are not intentional about winning and they have created beliefs to justify their act of losing. Winners know that the fun is in the winning and that’s why they do not think such stupid thoughts that the losers do. The people who think they are having fun although they keep losing, are never having as much fun as the ones who win. They are wasting their time without even knowing.

That’s why they are losers. They lose and even think thoughts to reinforce their loser situation. Such people are intentional losers. The funny thing is that winners want losers to think thoughts like that because it makes the game easier for them. Isn’t it a wise thing to do if you want to win as much as possible most easily and effortlessly all the time? You would not encourage the winner’s thinking in your competition and you would support their ideas of losing comfortably to you.

Attitude in a game is an attitude in life. If you want to know how well people are doing in their lives, watch how they perform in games. Do they have full commitment to giving their best in whatever they do? Do they treat their very act of being involved in an activity seriously even though it is just a game? You can see that many people who play games halfheartedly are the very same people who get halfhearted results in life. The truth is we are always in a game because life is a game. You either play to win or not.

Those who are serious about winning are the ones that do. Most people want to have fun playing the game, but winners are the ones who want to have serious fun. The most fun you can have is anything you do by playing to win and winning. Whether it be in the game of business, the game of relationships or the game of health, winners play to win and to win big time. Those who are not serious about life end up in situations that are not funny. Those who are most serious can also laugh the most.

Winning results from the intention to win. You must be fully intentional to win. The stronger your intent to win, the more capable you are of winning. You can observe that whenever two evenly matched players are competing head to head, the one who is more intent on winning is the one who does. Actually in many cases in life, there are great individuals with such strong intentions of winning, that they’re able to overcome many opponents who are many times tougher than themselves. The intention is everything.

Those who deal with a slack hand become poor. The hand of the diligent makes them rich and the hand of the diligent shall bear rule. The slackers and the losers in life all have the same attitude of slacking and losing. It takes effort to win and most people would rather formulate thoughts to comfort them in being happy with losing than to think thoughts that require them to get off their butts and achieve in life. Loser thinking will always attract loser results, but winner thinking attracts winner results.

Losers mistakenly have an attitude of detachment and are weak in intention. You should have a carefree attitude in order not to create resistance towards winning, but not to the extent where you give up your intention of winning. Do not be attached to results but do not be weak in your intention either. Winners do not just play to have fun. They play to have fun and also to win and win big time. To winners, winning is everything because they do not deserve to lose and they’re meant to win in everything.

If you want to be a true winner, you should make winning your ultimate priority. Losers make prolonged gameplay, unnecessary variety of actions, extra drama and other pointless pursuits their priority, all because of their foolish concept of enjoying the game. That’s why they end up losing a winning battle and snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. Winners don’t have time to play games and fool around like all the losers. Those who play as true winners do so most efficiently and straightforwardly.

My story of being born with only 20% hearing, bullied and isolated. To become a sporting athlete in Basketball and AFL, losing my way to drugs, girls and wanting to fit in. I was then bullied again at the age of 25 during my adult apprenticeship, where I pushed back and became the bully and started to be around gangs and other bullies to feel significant.

I went down a very dark road of so-called depression when I broke up with my 1st finance and was in debt of almost $850,000 where I was almost homeless and had to move back with my parents losing my apartment and the house I was about to move into.

I attempted to take my life 3 times during a 6 month very dark period of my life. I then turned to education NLP, emotional intelligence, and leadership and haven’t looked back creating 3 companies running 34 transformational retreats in Bali, saving, supporting and transforming the lives of thousands of men and women along the way.

Over the last 15 years, As the founder and the director of Team BEAST mode-Australia, Team BEAST mode-Intl & The Ultimate Flow Experience, Leigh has led and facilitated 34 inner-mind/world transformational retreats in Bali.

The better you become at describing reality, the better you will be at controlling it. When you can describe something, you can grasp it. There are better and better ways of perceiving something, and there are more and more precise ways of describing something.

Rising awareness, growing knowledge and raising consciousness are to know reality through being better at describing it and hence being better at creating and controlling it.

Science is about describing reality precisely.

You gain knowledge to gain the power to get what you want. It is about control.

Until you can control something, you do not know it fully. The reason why we all want to learn anything is so that we can get what we want.

Knowledge is the power to get what we want.

Science deals with the study and experiment of natural forces so that we can understand them and then control them and use them. Science reaches its master level when it can control a force. To control is to know.

The secret of so-called intelligent people lies in their awareness. Clarity of mind is determined by the level of awareness. A sharp intellect on one side and stupidity on the other are not degrees of intellectual development, they’re different levels of awareness.

Stupidity is a psychological shield, defending a person from unwanted information: “I don’t want to know anything! Leave me alone already!”

A sharp mind is exactly the opposite – openness and the desire to obtain information: “I want to know everything!”

To a varying degree, unawareness sets in when a person does not want to face reality. The desire to walk away from the impending reality forces the ostrich to hide its head in the sand. It is not possible to completely bury oneself under the covers and fall asleep.

So, this person unwillingly attempts to block his perception, thus lowering his degree of awareness.

To become more aware, one must be willing to face and handle things head-on.

This is strength attained when one chooses to be strong.
