-Located in Mentone (opposite Mentone Train station)
- Pay is 65K plus
- Fulltime Monday- Friday 9-5 (4 weeks annual and sick)- Car and License

- Bachelor’s in engineering desirable.
- As a Process Improvement Coordinator (PIC), you would be responsible for facilitating change and improving processes through the application of continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Working with Lean Manager devise and test solutions and roll out new ways of working
- Perform workplace audits and streamlining processes with consultation of Lean Manager
- Process mapping, value stream mapping, identifying inefficiencies in productivity with a focus on layouts and sequencing
- Recommend changes that can cut waste from operating procedures
- Deploy appropriate methodologies to problem solving and support teams to solve problems. Ensure the escalation process for problem solving is effective.
