Hello Iceland ! 😍
For those of you who don't know I am currently in Iceland for a few days before I join my NCL cruise today on the new Prima to Southampton via Norway, Bruge and Amsterdam .

Wish I had more time in Iceland but we could only spare 2 massive choc full days and how amazing they have been.

I'm back in the office 8 July if you have any question about the photos you see of my trip .

After a long day of travelling it was nice to be tucked up at the Grand Hyatt Incheon airport.

Full day of touring next day included the Palace , Namsan tower ,Korean fried chicken lunch ( of course😂) and a quick detour to the outlets on the way back to the airport to try and locate unsuccessfully a case for my new Remarkable tablet .
Who did I fly with ? Jetstar via Sydney and I am now on Finnair via Helsinki to London to see the family 🥰

PSA - I've decided I don't take enough videos when on holiday.
I like to live in the moment and not worry about angles, zoom etc . Now I think take that video , if it's s**t delete , take a few in intervals maybe ones ok ?!? 😁
I think I'm feeling my age..
I'm ready for my next adventure to the UK / Europe in a few days time. Watch out for some amazing photos and perhaps some s**t vids...🤣

FYI - Passports
Update on Australia Passports
From July 1, 2024, 10 year passports that are issued from 16 years of age will increase by 15%. Current price is $346. After July 1 Price will be $398.
From July 1 this year, people will also be able to pay an extra $100 to see their application processed within 5 business days.
The option already exists for people to pay a larger fee of $252 to have their application processed in 2 business days.
children’s passports are currently $175 & issued for 5 years. These will also increase by 15% to $202.
So if you need to update your passport do it before July 1 to avoid the price increase.

I think 85% of my bookings for this year is Europe which is amazing as it's kinda my speciality 🥰
I'm off myself the start of June for 5 weeks as hubby has a "0" birthday and I met him there.. so sacrifices 😆
Touch base, tell me about your not to be missed...I've done alot, 9th time... but I'm not fixed for 8 days ,I think south of Spain/ Portugal?

Mmmm, I like heat.... maybe because I like to explore half of the day, lay by a pool or get pampered and then hit the city at night.
I adored my Christmas market cruise as one of my favs and 20 degrees is perfect tourist explore weather.... depends where you are right?

My first trip to Japan and first time skiing 🫣⛷

I was invited by Club Med and Japan airlines to experience 2 of their resorts in Sapporo flying with of course JAL .
I had never flown with JAL before and what a great experience it was - wide seats that my thighs didn't touch the sides ! and plenty of leg room with amazing service. Travelling between Haneda and Narita airports was easy by bus although a little tiresome on the return when it took 1hr longer with the traffic and we nearly missed our flight home 😝

I was lucky enough to stay at Tomamu for 2 nights which is a big sprawling resort and then off to Sahoro for the final 3 which is a smaller version. All inclusive dining and drinks and skiing and ski lessons which I took them up on of course - you really just cant go wrong .
With 2 other newer Club Med resorts located on Hokkaido one of the being child free you are spoilt for choice. Early bird specials for end of this year and next are now out so if you have any questions or would like to make a booking please reach out .

Incredible stay at the Reef House where the staff just can't do enough for you with little extras thrown in as "standard" .

We hired a car and did Barron Falls, Kuranda, Mossman Gorge incl the 2km walk thru the rainforest, Bird Habitat in Port Douglas and random drives just for the scenery 😍
