You’re almost there, just a few more things to organise before you make the leap to Australia! 😎✈️

📝 Part 3: Final Preparations - Here’s what you’ll need to sort out before you board that plane:

Get your documents in order - Make sure your passport, visa, and any other necessary documents are up to date and easily accessible. This includes health insurance and any important paperwork for work or study 🛂

Sort out your finances – Set up any international transfers, and make sure your credit/debit cards work abroad. Don’t forget to budget for your initial months in Australia! 💰

Health & travel insurance – Make sure your insurance covers you for the duration of your trip 🏥

Accommodation arrangements – Organise your place to stay for the first few days or weeks, whether it’s temporary accommodation or a long-term rental 🏠

The founders of Welcome To Travel Adam and Darryl, have been in your position of not knowing where to start on their journey.

After finishing their studies they left the UK in 2010 for what was supposed to be six-months of travelling around South Africa, Thailand and then finally Australia, but it ended up being a life-changing journey.

As soon as they landed in Australia they travelled along with getting employment on vineyards and avocado farm to extend their stay. In their second year they found themselves working in the travel industry from 2012, which enabled Adam and Darryl help over 15,000 people go travelling around Australia and beyond.

They believe that through their own adventures; travelling is the best form of education, where you’ll meet people from all around the world, experience things you have only ever dreamed of and be a more confident you. But they also know from their own experience that the hardest part of travelling is always at the start.
