We’re refurbishing the ground floor of the Hume Global Learning Centre in Broadmeadows! 🔨
Mayor Naim Kurt - Hume City Council recently visited the site to get an update on the exciting new developments 👷♂️
Construction is on track to be completed by mid-2024 and involves a new lounge and study area, bookable rooms for meetings, training and events, a dignified council chamber, cafe and more! ☕️📚

Works are progressing well on the new Hume Indoor Cricket Centre, sports oval and car park in Greenvale! 🏅
The new indoor cricket hub will include 6-lane synthetic turf cricket nets, changing spaces and meeting rooms 🏏
The indoor cricket hub is part of the wider Greenvale Recreation Reserve Upgrade, which includes a number of projects due for completion in mid-2024 🏆

Hume City Mayor Naim Kurt has joined Mayors from Melbourne's North to get us better connected.
This afternoon our Mayor Naim Kurt hosted 7NEWS Melbourne's Mike Amor at Mt. Ridley Lookout in Craigieburn to advocate for better public transport infrastructure.
Hume City residents deserve the same access to jobs, health and services that those in the inner city enjoy.
With our population set to expand to 394,000 in the next 20 years, we need the vital infrastructure and services to grow with us.
