Freshly renovated with an open plan living/entertaining area where the kitchen flows though to the lounge/dining and deck with all new modern appliances throughout the house. The gorgeous new deck has a built in seating area for lounging or dining. There is also

an outdoor coonara where you can keep warm whilst star gazing. Outdoor shower to wash away the sands after the beach or just to cool off at your leisure. The living room over looks the deck and trees bringing in a relaxed ambiance. Has a large flat screen TV and gas fire place.
