Hayley, from our groups department, reporting from the Quantum of the Seas!

The activities were definitely a highlight on Quantum and I tried to do as much as possible in the short time we were onboard.

Outdoor sporting activities included the iFly (sky diving simulator), rock-climbing wall, FlowRider (surfing simulator). I tried the sky diving and the rock climbing which were both really cool. For the iFly I booked a complimentary 1 minute session. Rock-climbing was free and you just showed up.

The North Star takes you up above the ship and the sea with 360 degrees and 300 feet above sea level.

Indoor sporting activities took place in the SeaPlex which is a large activity space. Upstairs has things like table tennis and Xbox gaming area, downstairs is a big space that changes from basketball court, to bumper cars, to laser tag arena, roller skating and more. I had a go at the bumper cars but bookings filled quickly for the laser tag so I unfortunately missed out on that.

Other activities included dancing, various kinds of trivia, game shows, movies (playing indoor and also outdoor by the main pool) and scavenger hunts. I took part in a scavenger hunt which lasted a few days. We had to find staff from certain countries (over 60 nationalities on board) and get their signatures.

Overall a fantastic holiday.
