They may also come from any of our global processing offices. Departmental staff will identify themselves before asking you for any information.

Our officers will NEVER ask for your:

— banking details, or
— ImmiAccount password.

Any information or documents we request of you should be sent to us through your ImmiAccount.

If your application contains all the required information, including health and police checks, it can be processed more quickly.
