We have just been offered and loaded on our website the most amazing wellness tour in South Korea called Martial Art Monks!
Starting in Gyeongju, you will be transferred to, and stay at the beautiful Golgulsa Temple, where for the next 3 days you will gain an insight too, and live like a Korean Buddhist Monk. As part of your stay you will learn and practise the Korean Martial Art of Sunmudo, a traditional Korean form of moving meditation that serves to develop mindfulness through motion. It consists of five separate but related activities: Seon meditation, Seon Yoga, Seon Qigong, Seon Gymnastics, and Seon Martial Arts.
During your stay live off healthy Vegan food in a simplistic form, and enjoy these few days as you nourish the body and the mind.
A highlight of these few days will be to privately enjoy tea with the head abbot!

This is very good news indeed! As of 01 August 2024 Malaysian Airlines will begin flying from Kuala Lumpur to Male Velana International Airport, Maldives. Departing on a daily basis from Kuala Lumpur at 10.10am and arriving in Male at 11.10am. The return flight departs Male at 12.30pm and arrives into Kuala Lumpur at 8.05pm, and these schedules connect on a daily basis with flights from / to Australia. Offering very competitive fares to commence the service, Malaysian Airlines flying to Male once again make this beautiful part of the world even more affordable. The Taiwan Lantern Festival, an event celebrated by Chinese descents to mark the end of the Lunar New Year Festival or the 15th day from the Lunar New Year will begin on 10 February this year. Previously, the lights were used to welcome family members safely from war, so they did not get lost on the way. Over time, it became an annual tradition now celebrated nationwide.
