Here is a driveway revamp we completed for some wonderful clients in darley today.
Scrape of the old Lillydale toppings and the level and compacted base.
Re dressing with 14mm crushed sandstone toppings and drum rolled in.
A nice solution for all large driveways
Great w**d barrier and a rock hard surface to drive on.

Property in little river last week a year on after we built a fenced off veggie garden and chicken coop area.
We excavated this exisiting w**ded lawn area, layed 50 cubes of lawn mix soil, welded in 55 lineal metres of corten steel garden edging and layed 450m2 of premium eureka kikuyu.. all in 3 days work.

A project we have been working on in hoppers crossing. We were faced with a challenge from the planning stage not being able to get our machines into the backyard to excavate, so we organised for our good friends from JMV Tiling & Renovations Pty Ltd to come in and install a roller door into the rear of the garage replacing the 820 normal access door.

Excavating and removing over 40 ton of concrete, green waste and fill with Proline drainage and excavation helping us out on the digger, we prepared and poured 120m2 of concrete prepared ready for the shed to go up and some plain pathways and a nice and clean low maintenance backyard and dog pen behind the shed.
Stage 2 about to commence with some decorative feature screens along the whole blind side of the house, a small patio eco deck and pergola and another flat roofed pergola with some feature walls ready for the whirlpool bath to go in in the back corner.
From a tired old backyard that our client thought was impossible to get this done due to not having the access to now being a clean and low maintenance area much more enjoyable to step out into and a lot more storage being able to get their toys into the backyard.

Bit of a revamp in Altona meadows on this newly purchased home, getting rid of lots of unwanted concrete, whirlpool bath and gazebo and an old decking. Excavating and backfilling with 30 cubes of lawn mix soil, dripline irrigation and 120m2 of palmetto buffallo instant turf turning this space into a muck more usable backyard to enjoy

Some Before, After and during construction photos of this Front, Back and side yard project we wrapped up and completed in just 2 weeks, big thanks to my boys for their hard efforts on some really warm days on this one.

•Removing over 50 tonnes of fill and 10 cubic metres of green waste through tight access out of this backyard due to the land being filled much higher than slab height, running back in 30 cubes of material

•Construction of a large decking and pergola area making this backyard much more usable for our client to enjoy her retirement.

•Feature screens to both backyard and sideyard

•Low maintenance landscaping throughout along with a couple more little decks in front yard and sideway
