Your air conditioned mezzanine three bedroom choice presents either a traditional queen sized bed and four singles or for those who book early enough, two queen sized beds and two single beds. The fully appointed kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher, microwave and filtered water tap. Some have spas while each of the three bedroom apartments will delight with a large alfresco balcony from the living area in addition to a more intimate "Juliet" balcony from the main bedroom. It’s time for the committee to confirm their policy…. No Charging of lithium batteries on site. Contravention results in total liability for all loss and damage to all effected.

Our fire investigators believe a Lithium-Ion battery was the cause of a fire that tragically claimed the lives of two Teralba residents.

When a Lithium-Ion battery is compromised, ‘Thermal Runaway’ can occur, a process where a Lithium-Ion cell overheats and gives off toxic gases before exploding in flames.

These fires are extremely intense and volatile, and like all fire, it moves incredibly fast.

With a significant rise in fires caused by Lithium-Ion batteries, we are urging our community to familiarise themselves with, and follow our Lithium-Ion battery safety advice: https://fire.nsw.gov.au/chargesafe

Our thoughts are with the family and friends affected by this devastating loss, and with the Teralba community.
