This FRIYAY!!!! Get ready for a fantastic afternoon & evening of LIVE entertainment at Metung. From 5pm on the Village Green we will have Wacky Wombat Entertainment plus jumping castles & face painting. From 6pm we have the awesome The Electric Empire rocking out on stage and from 8pm Nathan “Whippy” Griggs gets cracking with his amazing whip cracking show! It's FREE, it's FUN, all we ask is that you bring some cash to donate when Whippy passes his hat around!!! With takeaway food available from our street food shops AND a little late night shopping at Seven Sundays the whole family is bound to have a brilliant night. Sorry to disappoint you, but the Metung Food and Wine Festival has been postponed to a future date in 2023. But don't worry - Metung is going to be heaving with visitors and activity on the unofficial Cup weekend anyway. Lots to see in and around town with sporting events, specials, fabulous food and some anticipated openings. See you in 2023 - and in the meantime, make the most of the Gippsland Lakes and surrounds - any time of the year!
