Okay we get it…we know we live beside & around the greatest most beautiful rivers of Australia 🇦🇺 but accommodation names can be a tour operators pick-up nightmare.
Surprise, surprise ….often guests don’t know their accommodation names so it’s really helpful when they say “can’t remember the exact name but we know it’s got River in it “🤭
Note to start up businesses ….avoid the word ‘river’ .
We love youse all 😉

Sometimes our ‘pick-up’ at your door service has its challenging moments 🙃
This little beauty from Taiwan almost got left behind with a mix up of Airbnb address and little English but our ‘no-one gets left behind’ motto kicked in …quick change from PJ’s (no time for shower) and Alison to the rescue 🛟
Found waiting patiently almost where we thought 💭 with only a slightly delayed departure.
Of course everyone on board fell in love with her and all had another amazing day in the park 👣 and everyone lived happily ever after 🧚🏻

‘Tastes of Mildura’ tour with The Federation of Wine & Food Societies of Australia’ was exactly that…an exceptional day out 🍽️🍷
We started at Sunraysia Farmers Market with a taste talk Tabletop Grapes🍇 & Robinvale Estate Olive Oil 🫒 followed with a site visit to Murray River Salt🧂 Matched a fresh Orange 🍊 World juice with a Australian Inland Botanic Gardens Mildura-Wentworth stop🌹
Private wine-tastings Trentham Estate Winery 🍾 before cruising Mildura Cruises 🛟 back into Mildura. Lunch on board by Stefano's Cafe 🧀🥖 A brand new site visit to Jujube Fruit Farm before capping the day off Cappa Stone Wines🥂 & Dynasty of Tea 🫖
It takes a village for more than just raising kids …HUGE Thank-you to our village of collaborators 💚

It was hot today….well actually blinkin’ hot ☀️
but his wasn’t going to stop two international couples from travelling out to Mungo National Park 😳 they were going on their own if we didn’t take them 🥺
Normally we would cancel but we thought the safe option for both parties was to start at first light and give them their ‘outback’ experience 📸
All the appropriate animals appeared on cue just to top off their day 🦘
Highlight had to be 10 Emu chicks running right across their track 🥰
Big bucket list tick for David (pictured) who adjusted their itinerary more than four times to get here.
