• From the Perricoota Marina, at the 1690km river marker, and upstream to the Victoria Park boat ramp, Echuca, at the 1712km river marker.
Sunday 26th March 2023
• From the Torrumbarry Weir, downstream of the 1630km river marker, and upstream to the Victoria Park boat ramp, Echuca, at the 1712km river marker.

Camping on the Murray between Echuca & Torrumbarry ⛺️🏕

Parks Victoria has been working hard to get areas open along the river, after the floods experienced in the area at the end of 2022.
They have advised us that they have opened up between Echuca to Farley road as of the 14th of March. There are a number of sections within the reopened areas that will be closed with fencing/bollards/barriers for protection and camping will not be permitted behind these barriers. Please be respectful of the area. Please also be wary of failing trees.

They are working to get open to Bailleau road in the next week. When we have more details we will advise via our socials.

The Southern 80 Ski Race has a new date for 2023.

24th to the 26th March 2023.

The river is slowly receding away in Echuca/Moama, and we look forward to seeing the river within its banks in the coming weeks ahead. The bushlands around the river are wet and will need to be assessed by Parks Victoria and NSW National Parks and Wildlife to ensure safety for all.
With this in mind, the Moama Water Sports Club have decided to review the date for the Southern 80 Ski Race from the traditional date in February to a new date, the 24th to the 26th of March.

We encourage you to visit Echuca/Moama over the coming holiday period and discover our region beyond the river.

We look forward to seeing you for the 2023 Southern 80 on the 24th to the 26th March 2023.
