Here's a refined and delicious Japanese-inspired cocktail:

🍹🌸 Yuzu Highball
A refreshing, citrusy twist on Japan’s beloved whisky highball—light, elegant, and incredibly drinkable.

🍊 Ingredients:

1.5 oz (45 ml) Japanese whisky (like Suntory Toki or Nikka Days)
0.5 oz (15 ml) yuzu juice (fresh or bottled)
Soda water (chilled, to top)
Lemon or yuzu peel (for garnish)
Ice (preferably large, clear cubes)

1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Add Japanese whisky and yuzu juice.
3. Stir gently to chill and mix.
4. Top slowly with chilled soda water.
5. Stir once or twice more, gently.
