Merry Christmas!

Our wonderful team of staff and volunteers will be enjoying some time with their families this Christmas, so our centre will will be closed, but we have plenty of after hours packs available with plenty of local area info.

Burning of the Canes 2024

At the end of every wine harvest, the canes are pruned.

Gilbert Wines have created a wonderful tradition where the old vines are revered in the form of a goddess and are burnt in readiness for a successful new crop.
