What is Grounding/Earthing ? ✨🌏✨
It is walking barefoot on Mother Earth, on the grass, sand, dirt or rock to absorb the earths free electrons into the body so we feel more centred, solid, strong, balanced, less tense and stressed.
We are bioelectrical beings living on an electrical planet. Our bodies operate electrically by sending different frequencies that run our bodies systems effectively.
Depending on our lifestyle and how often we get outside bare feet on the grass we can become ungrounded and feel disconnected.
In my experience of feeling ungrounded I can start to short things out and get electrical "zaps" with my touch.
By grounding I am allowing the earths energy to be pulled up into my body to feel more balanced within my energy.
We can also do this through Visualisation techniques if you can't get onto a grassy area.
When standing on the grass or visualising you are on the grass, see/feel the energy being pulled up into the body, this can be done while breathing in for 4, holding for 2, releasing what no longer serves you on the outer breath for 4, hold for 2 and repeat the process.
Enjoy this process and quick meditation.

I am back from my PAUSE, taking time out to be in stillness, connect with those I love and just be.
My pause went a little longer than expected as I ended up having to extend my stay an extra week due to a visit from Rona.
It was a great lesson in surrender, acceptance and flow.
I only arrived home a few days ago, so slowly settling in and allowing time to recover fully.

Working with the Full Moon energy of release, letting go of what is no longer serving me, cleansing, purifying and renewing 💚
I started a green juice, water and salad 5 day cleanse today to purify my sacred vessel, raise my vibration and renew my energy.
My body was saying “It’s time” and I love working with the cycles of nature, universe and self.
Divine timing after a kinesiology session yesterday that will aid in the healing and elimination process and perfect preparation for my 22.02.2022 Healing and Ascension Circle coming up next week as it opens up my channels to receive more as a conduit of divine consciousness.
