We are officially off on Part #1 of our two year adventure around and through everything Australia. VIC and SA though May, then the NT June, July, and first week of August, then WA for the remainder of August, and September. Then a couple of weeks of October at our place in Queensland, before returning to Yass for Shelby's 21st.

Part #2 kicks off April 2024.

BBQing and swimming with the dogs everyday 💕.
No power bills, no gas bills, no water bills, no mortgage, no home and contents insurance, no lawns to mow, no house to maintain, no need to be anywhere, it's a Gypsy life for us, for a couple of years anyway 😉

We have stacks of water storage, 2000w of solar on the roof, 990amp-hours of lithium battery storage, a 6kva generator for back up, Starlink unlimited satellite internet, our new flash composting dunny only needs to be emptied every 4 - 6 weeks.

We can pretty much stay off the grid out in the bush until we need water, we can pump out of the river for our shower, so we can save our stored water for drinking and cooking💧

We 'Free-Camp' 90% of the time, haven't stayed in a caravan park once😬, and don't intend doing so unless we have no other choice 😉

Absolutely loving our new lifestyle, Daytona is going to experience more that most kids can only imagine, she starts her distance education next week.

Got a bucket full of Yabbies for lunch tomorrow 😋

Oh oh oh, we are sleeping better that we ever have, 10 or 12 hours some nights 🌙 Plus I am way more active, which has to be good for my health 😊

To everyone who we missed in Melbourne, sorry we had to head back to Yass, Mum at 89 is getting a new hip, and her pre-op hospital appointment is happening, so we want to be with her. We will be back in Melbourne for most of February, see you all then. ❤️❤️❤️
