Changes have been made to speed limits on Mt Buller.
Shared zones are 20km/h and apply between CSIR and Walkers car parks (around the lower toboggan park area) and also throughout the village.
Also, the new speed limit from/ to Boggy Creek corner is now 40km/h and we can expect the Highway Patrol to be enforcing this.

Great weather for the long weekend, 23c and out of the heatwave in Melbourne! A great hike from the lodge is Little Buller, alot of up and down but the views at the end are slectacular!

It's been a great week on Mt Buller and in Mansfield. Perfect temperatures for walking, the Tom Curtain Outback Experience in Mansfield along with a busy Saturday in town with the Hunting and Fishing market. There is always plenty going on!

DJ in the village, great atmosphere as the 50km runners finish. Some great achievements from some of our guests, top 5 for 2 guests in the 100km and 2 top 10 finishes in the 50km! 10km fun run Sunday. Not sure fun and run should be in the same sentence but.....!!

Morning walks 👌 shaping up to be a great weekend for the Oscars Hut to Hut event. 100kms, 50km and 10km events over 3 days. The lodge is almost full!
Lunchtime at the lodge is pretty good as well!

Just a short drive from the lodge is Craig's Hut, accessible by 2WD. Drive up to the car park or stop and do the 1.7km walk up the hill and enjoy the views

Whilst Melboure was wet, we have had some dry weather on Buller this weekend. Warm day today for a hike out to Cornhill Summit, 8km loop from the lodge and back via Clancys Run and Cornhill Road. Well worth it!
