Gawthorne’s Hut in Mudgee, Australia, is a 40 m² (430 ft²) off-grid cabin by architect Cameron Anderson. Set on a cattle ranch, it blends tradition and sustainability with salvaged bricks from a historic cottage, a solar array, and rainwater harvesting. Inspired by local hay sheds and cottages, it offers a serene, eco-friendly retreat amid rolling hills and lavender fields.
