This experience and knowledge incorporated with the passion for music and live performance, The Groove Van was formed to provide a unique and alternative approach to assist Businesses specialising in Team Building; Communication; Drumming Workshops/ Wellness Sessions. These workshops are based on using hand drumming to demonstrate the the value on individuals roles and the importance of working and interacting together by syncopating various drum patterns and rythyms, resulting in participants working towards a common goal...important for every business to have their staff on the same page. The power and energy from hand drumming provides participants with an increased level of well being in a positive and fun interactive environment, and employers with a unique alternative option, perfect for newly formed teams, strategic planning days, or an alternative session for established teams to reconnect with each other.
