RivaVista This is a 2 storey, 7 bedroom house which contains 4 bathrooms. Also included is access to a private boat ramp including jetty upon request.

A BRAND NEW waterfront home, on the banks of the Murray River, a quick 45 min drive up the freeway from the city, in the heart of the new RiverPark development. Including 2 spacious living areas and large 50sqm deck and amazing views as you watch the sunset over Murray Bridge. Enjoy kicking back by the river, going for a swim or taking a walk around Long Flat, Murray Bridge. Renters are provided w

ith private access to the whole home during their stay and flexibility is able to be negotiated around check-in and out. Rates are between $400 to $1000 a night depending on a few factors including season and days involved, with cleaning fees of up to $500 for a fully used house. Rates are negotiable if less than 7 rooms are desired as that decreases cleaning needs and home usage, those unused rooms would be locked and become inaccessible.
