It is with a heavy heart that we must announce that our store located at Shop 1, 49 Murwillumbah Street – Helloworld Main Street Murwillumbah is closing - today is our last day! The business along with our wonderful team of Vivian and Hannah is relocating to our Palm Beach Travel office in QLD.
After two years of dealing with the effects of COVID on our industry it is ironic that this closure is being forced upon us due to the industry bouncing back so strongly that we no longer can find enough trained people to keep the doors open in two locations.
Vivian and Hannah will both be available Monday to Thursday from 9am to 4pm. Importantly, other members of our Palm Beach Travel team will be available at the same times on Fridays. Additionally, we will be available in Murwillumbah for face to face appointments going forward on Mondays starting between 9am and 3pm. We will advise of the location for those appointments shortly. Please contact the team to make an appointment.
Our contact details - Telephone and email addresses will remain the same and we will be in fact more contactable than we have been since the pandemic began – albeit without the local shop presence. All of your existing bookings and credits will remain firmly in place and will continue to be managed by Vivian and Hannah.
Palm Beach Travel is located upstairs on the corner of Palm Beach Avenue and the Gold Coast Highway at Palm Beach in QLD – The address is Suite 11/1134-1136 Gold Coast Highway Palm Beach QLD 4221. We hope to see you there !
