After experiencing so much disconnection from each other over the past few years, we felt it would be great to have a digital platform to promote the businesses and local organisation and events that make our region so unique. After the Floods in October 2022, we had the opportunity to apply for a grant through the Victorian Government under the flood recovery program. We saw this as a chance to not only rebuild but also to innovate. We wanted a way to promote our region and still connect as a community through a digital platform that can reach people inside and outside of our local region.
