We appreciate every person, picnic’er and supplier who has helped shape picnics on (Yunbenun) into what it is today and we are excited for what the future holds.

Intimate picnics and micro events is something we hold close to our heart. In an era of isolated, hurried eating, the act of embracing the picnic as a space for unhurried connection becomes a powerful act of resistance, reclaiming the essence of communal nourishment and human desire for togetherness. This remains true as we continue to personalise and humanise every experience for the people and planet 🌈

Join our mission and joy of bringing to people together, celebrate, and indulge in the joy of shared meals, stories, and engaging conversations 🎉

We are in no way affiliated with any other organisations and independently operating working closely with local suppliers and services we trust to make it truly one of a kind.

We will soon have our own Tropic Picnics & Events HQ, space and showroom located at Space 2, 2 Clarke Street in Nelly Bay by appointment only or when the roller doors are open ⚡️
