Located directly between Little Beach and Shoal Bay Beach, is this two-bedrooms with air-conditioning, open plan living room/ dining and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and complete cooking facilities. The living area opens out onto the spacious balcony which provides outdoor alfresco dining and a gas BBQ. The unit is located on the first floor and has the convenience of a lift. The maste

r bedroom has access to the balcony whilst the second bedroom has two single beds and the bonus of a smaller balcony. There is an internal laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer and parking for one vehicle in the complex carpark. The complex offers a beautiful inground pool so when you come back from your day, you can continue to relax poolside. Bedroom Configuration:

Bedroom 1 – Queen Bed + Linen/Bed making + Balcony Access
Bedroom 2 – 2 x Single Beds + Linen/Bed making + Balcony Access
Queen pull out Sofa Bed in lounge room + Linen in main wardrobe

Linen:

Sheets and towels are provided at the property and beds are made for your convenience except for Sofa bed. The Unit also offers towels for pool use. Not to be taken off site. Notes:

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am. After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay. Guest access:

Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive a code to the lockbox to access the key to the complex security door and the apartment.
