What a cracker of a weekend for a Wave 2 freediving course!

These guys came into the weekend with a big focus on wanting to improve their relaxation, techniques and ability to equalise deeper - to ultimately improve their spearfishing.

What a pleasure it was to watch you all become more confident, relaxed and deeper divers this weekend. Huge congratulations for all of the incredible dives, everyone hitting massive PB’s across the board and all the good vibes!

Our most loved GILI T Freediving Retreat is back this coming April, 2025! This is our all time favourite place to run freediving courses with world class conditions for diving (scroll through the slides, you’ll see why we love it so much)

- Complete your level 1 (beginner) through to level 3 (assistant instructor) courses in the midst of having an epic week filled with group dinners, optional yoga, coral reef trips, and so many workshops to take your diving to the next level. Every ability level is welcome!

- If you don’t want to do a course, but would rather get coached to go for more depth, you are more than welcome to come, there’s unlimited depth!

- For those interested in spearfishing, we will be running intermediate - advanced spearing workshops, you will learn the techniques to spearfish deeper, hunting tactics, and have the option to spear on 2 of the days.

We’re HOME after an insane 2 months of overseas retreats!! Gili Trawangan, followed by 2 Fiji Retreats, 41 beautiful retreat guests in total and a whole heap of memories we will look back on for the rest of our lives.

We finished up the diving work trips with a diving holiday trip to Tonga with a bunch of our good mates and holy heck do we have some incredible memories to catch up on!

So nice to take the time off Instagram and enjoy the ocean with our mates in Tonga, we’re refreshed and ready for you Summer!!
