What a cracker of a weekend for a Wave 2 freediving course!

These guys came into the weekend with a big focus on wanting to improve their relaxation, techniques and ability to equalise deeper - to ultimately improve their spearfishing.

What a pleasure it was to watch you all become more confident, relaxed and deeper divers this weekend. Huge congratulations for all of the incredible dives, everyone hitting massive PB’s across the board and all the good vibes!

Our 1 Day Spearfishing course at Seal Rocks couldn’t have been better weather (aside from the questionable visibility 😂) can’t wait to see these legends become skilled hunters, safe and ethically conscious spearos!

We’re HOME after an insane 2 months of overseas retreats!! Gili Trawangan, followed by 2 Fiji Retreats, 41 beautiful retreat guests in total and a whole heap of memories we will look back on for the rest of our lives.

We finished up the diving work trips with a diving holiday trip to Tonga with a bunch of our good mates and holy heck do we have some incredible memories to catch up on!

So nice to take the time off Instagram and enjoy the ocean with our mates in Tonga, we’re refreshed and ready for you Summer!!

We get so inspired watching our retreat guests grow & learn in their own spearfishing during trips, that it gets us so hyped when we get the opportunity to have a morning to spear ourselves!!
