Also the start of "that virus", and a brave time to birth a new business.

I never planned and never knew what she would become.

Though fully realised she wanted to come through me.

Drop the fight, which only causes you more angst, heartache, and confusion.

Drop it all. Do it with love.
Slow down the rushed pace.

Ask yourself what you actually fear and make the discomfort of that feeling your friend.

Drop into that muscle caged behind your ribs and tap into your own truth.

On my favourite deck with a beverage and warm light streaming onto face and into eyes, seeing so many lilac blue emerald hues.

LOVE this medicine.
VERY necessary medicine.

I find myself needing extra doses of it outside my work hours.
More than usual.

The world outside of my inner world has been super loud of late.
I am trying for it not to enter me.

Sometimes, I "fail" at this.
Fail???
Maybe I am unconsciously inviting it in, to experience something.

To come back to more gratitude, more presence, and genuine simplicity.

Wish you were here for a coffee.....
For the banters, only the way we do it....
In the silly and deep ways.

Sometimes, rarely ever, but sometimes, the homesick creeps over me....only till I notice the light tangos over the lake, into my heart.

Then it is all perfectly fine again.

A belief is a thought you keep on thinking.

What's swimming around in your mind?

FEAR.LESS.

If I can not receive, how can I ever expect to expand?

If I can not expand, how can I expect my creative mind to flow?

If my doors of believing, trusting, knowing & manifestation are closed or even only half open, then I can not expect my dreams to come into the full swing of reality.

Self permission and allowance collapse all the barriers (to receive) down;
and so I can give as well as receive.

During my journey up till now, my cup had not just started overflowing but has expanded into a magnificent size to compensate for what I keep and hold in there.

I asked for this receiving cup to be replaced by a larger one, for me to be truly open to it, so I can offer lovingly inwards first, then endlessly outwards where, when and as I feel fit.
So I can continue to assist others too 🙏

Afternoon siesta, before I go to Bajan this evening and take a moment to adjust to the incredible vibrations here, after a long day of meets and greets in the streets of friends and acquaintances here.

Below me, at the Lake, women are grieving the loss of a dear one.

Ashes and flowers to the water.
Faces masked in an array of vibrant silk.
Beautifully embellsihed.

And yes, of course, it is way too sacred to take images 🙌

I don't often observe this here.

Women holding women.
Supporting a sister, a mother, a daughter, an aunt.
Women allowing women to simply be in their messy, gloriously broken hearts.

A moment of Holy.

Cries echo to the waters in front of them.

It bullets through me too, all this sacred.

What a beautiful life.

Thank you for the permission to feel all the things from the warmth of my nest.

Remembering my own little losses over the years, maybe lives 🌷🙏💔
