It’s hard to truly describe what it’s like to visit remote Antarctica. There is an essence in the air that can’t be described. An energy, a frequency of sorts that you can only feel when you are breathing the air immersed amongst the white capped Antarctic mountains.
It’s a place so pure, so sweet, it could almost be described as some kind of heaven, other worldly. No photo or video can even come close to showcasing its truth.

To my OceanZen girls!

As the year draws to a close, take a moment to pause. To reflect. To truly see yourself and all that you’ve walked through this year. The challenges you’ve faced, the risks you’ve taken, the lessons you’ve learned, the adventures you have been on and the incredible growth you’ve experienced—it all deserves to be honored.

A year ago, where were you? For me, my entire world felt like it was falling apart. My health, my work, my relationships—everything was in pieces.

But as I sit here now, I can say with all my heart: that chaos was the foundation for my transformation. I didn’t know it then, but it was preparing me for something bigger in all facets of my life.

Take a moment to reflect on your own journey this year. Look at the person you’ve become over the last year. The resilience, the strength, the courage it took to get here.

You are not the same person you were 12 months ago—and that’s something extraordinary.

Now look ahead. What does your heart crave for 2025? Is it better health? A life filled with adventure and travel? The courage to start that business or take a leap into the unknown? Is it love—whether that’s finding your life partner or falling deeper in love with yourself?

The truth is, the life you’re dreaming of is already calling you. Step into it boldly, unapologetically, and with all the belief that you are capable of creating magic in your life.

This is your time. Your year. Your chance to create the story you’ve always wanted to live.

Can we take a moment for one of our OceanZen girls who travelled across the other side of Australia to remote Ningaloo Reef to swim with whale sharks, manta rays and a tiger shark, by herself to meet a group of other solo travelling women at 28 weeks pregnant ☀️

What a woman! Her little darling now earth side has already experienced the magnificence of marine life!

Not enough slides to share from every trip 😭 Happy International Women’s Day to all my girls in this incredible community! To the ones who have jumped onto one of our trips and to the ones who are yet to join the family ❤️

I feel so incredibly lucky to call in the most amazing women into this tribe, and I feel even more lucky that after every new adventure I walk away with new friends 💫

I am so passionate about creating a safe space for women to come on these trips and experience unforgettable moments and ticking off incredible bucket list experiences.

When I went on my first big trip 15 years ago it absolutely changed my life and I rediscovered parts of myself that I never knew existed. I want that for every single girl that comes away on an OceanZen adventure ❤️

Travel is one of a few things that completely lights my soul up. I feel reborn every time I go on a trip, stepping outside of my comfort zone, seeing the world with new eyes and gaining just a little more confidence within myself.

Next week I fly across the world by myself for the first time in a long time. South America was my stomping ground 10 years ago, I spent almost 6 months between central and South America then returned again for another 3 months some years later. I didn’t feel brave back then, although now I look back and I’m like who was that girl she had so much courage 😂
But that courage came from being outside of my comfort zone for so long.

Travel to me isn’t just about having a holiday although that’s a bonus, it’s about rediscovering parts of yourself you didn’t know you had lost, or learning more about who you truly are by being outside of your normal environment. When I look back on the last decade of my life, travelling the world taught me more about myself than what any class in school had. In fact I’m sure I had lost myself in school, and when it came to seeing the world, I had never felt more me and I didn’t really know why at the time.

This is why I am so incredibly passionate about encouraging women to travel, it is truly life changing and can help you reflect on who you truly are without the influence of your conditioned life back home, and can positively impact your life in ways you never imagined possible

I want every woman to feel that zest for life, to feel confident in themselves, to feel truly alive and magnetic 💫
