R E T R E A T H I G H L I G H T S from our recent Ningaloo Reef Womens Retreat 🐠💙🐋 ⛺️ 💫 🧘🏻‍♀️

A special acknowledgment to all our retreat guests, team and local tour guides for making our 2021 Ningaloo Reef retreat happen! It’s been a few years since we had adventured to this incredible part of the Western Australia Australia's Coral Coast coastline.
We all stayed committed in unknown times and made the most of our time exploring the region. It was a reminder that we can still enjoy incredible experiences exploring Australia and supporting local tourism 💙
.
Last month, we spent 6 amazing days retreating and adventuring into the heart of Cape Range National Park ( with an overnight Seakayaking expedition where we exclusively camped by the sounds of the ocean and under the stars 💫), enjoyed an up and close immersion of the local marine life of Ningaloo Reef and Gulf of Exmouth ( including the swimming with the Whalesharks, spotting Humpbacks 🐋, Mantarays, Dugongs, Dolphins, snorkling amongst the living reef life...what a treat! ). We moved our bodies in many ways; snorkelled, sea kayaked, swam, hiked, stretched our bodies with mindful movement, sunset yin yoga sessions and relaxed taking in the scenery by boat and private bus.

Our retreats experiences always intend to bring value to our guests and sharing many of the local destination highlights, focus on lifestyle, taking the less travelled road, valuing local expertise and food experiences, quality experiences while also focusing on personal well-being and empowerment through our guided care and retreat program ✨🧘🏻‍♀️💫

Ningaloo Reef was no different. This retreat holiday was based on soulful adventuring, touring, personal discovery, empowering like-spirited women to come together to try new experiences, in a guided small group environment to feel supported and keep personalised. The photos says it all ( ... this is only a snapshot of our retreat moments! ).
We also believe in healthy moderation, choosing better alternatives when we can and balance ~ with a mindful glass of organic champagne or wine to connect and celebrate life together, which we did.

Retreat travel is one of the best natural medicines for our heart and soul. We loved sharing this destination retreat again with our guests, the laughter, the connections together, the kind, caring support to one another, we have memories to last a life time 🙏🏻✨

What brings you JOY ? 💙✨
Joy comes from a feeling within us all, no one can feel it for us. Joy can’t be forced it comes naturally, it may take some time to find it, to re-explore that feeling or you may choose to feel it everyday 🙌 We ALL deserve to feel joy, YOU deserve to feel it too no matter what life gives us.
Sometimes it’s the little things that brings us deep joys in life, and many times we let the bigger things, the worry, guilt, doubt, grief, loss, opinions, time, money or our old ways, get in our way and may take us off course on how we really want to be feeling and living our life. Joy can bring us more to living in the moment ✨
A kind and compassionate connection with ourself is a good place to start, to know what truly brings us joy in life. We can then invite more in and share with others in our life.
Sometimes we may need to remind ourselves and each other that joy is always within us, always. When times get tough when we know how to re-centre and re-empower ourselves, to navigate ourselves back to ourselves and perhaps clearer, calmer waters we know we are not lost and joy can be found. This is why we choose to say yes to personal retreat time, it’s not a luxury it’s actually a necessity for our body mind spirit, and our connection to life to grow and be enJOYed.

Now is the time to recreate redream realign ✨ I’ve felt this lately talking to women around me. We all have the power within us to reshape our lives if we courageously choose to listen to our heart. To move from perhaps a space that had caught in surprise or in a reality to face with possible grieving, anger, pain, frustration, sadness, resentment to feel it , acknowledge it to then bring awareness and surrender to simply being and what is ... a shift can happen and that can unlock to soften and open our hearts to look from new perspectives, a deeper awareness, appreciation and gratitude with life ❤️ Don’t give up beautiful women and men. Turn back your energy to you, go within ~ to how you wish to feel and live everyday. Take the leap of faith if that’s whats calling you ...
There is something in the air with the autumn equinox that’s just passed, we are in a new season. Keep acknowledging how far you have come in your own journey of life, celebrate all of it. This autumn change reminds us of this to harvest where we are in life. It’s a time to honour your journey.
