This little piece of paradise is only 33km away from Perth! With stunning coast lines along with pristine waters, beautiful scenic lookouts and beautiful wildlife.

Lillian went with Rottnest Island with Rottnest Express, where she also hired snorkeling gear and a bike - which she deems as the “Essential gear” 😉

Rottnest Island is an absolute must do visit when you visit Western Australia.

Emma from our Gawler Branch has been away with MSC last week, on their new ship the MSC Euribia.

Emma says that Euribia is a great new ship with amazing facilities onboard, the cabins are spacious, comfortable and have usb ports so you don’t have to worry about what power plug to bring - sounds amazing!

There are a number of great shore excursions to choose for each port allowing you to explore the destination you arrive in. Her favourite excursion was to Stonehenge and her favourite part was exploring the town of Bruges, in Zeebrugge. It was a beautiful town with lots of shops full of chocolate, meringue and brewery’s.

Lillian has just finished from a magnificent journey sailing through from Saigon to Siem Reap with APT on the brand new Mekong Serenity ship!

Along the way she passed fascinating landscapes with an abundance of rice paddies, fruit orchards, village life along the shores with playing children and Buddhist temples.

One of the highlights she experienced was in Oudong, be treated to a Buddhist Blessing Ceremony at a monastery, which is a Signature Experience to APT guests.

“It was beyond magical, and everyone truely enjoyed themselves. It is a refreshing ceremony of spirit cleansing bringing well-being and good luck!”

Lillian has fallen IN LOVE with Vietnam! ❤️🇻🇳

She has spent the last week in Vietnam with Intrepid on the Vietnam Express Southbound trip. The trip was 10 days long, starting in Hanoi and Finishing is Ho Chi Minh City.

“There was not a moment where I did not have a smile on my face. My tour guide Thao worked so hard to show our group his love for his country, and we all ended up falling in love with Vietnam with one bite at a time!

Not only was the food good, but the local experiences and the knowledge we all got to share was amazing. I truely feel very grateful, and blessed to have met the wonderful people I travelled with, and my tour guide”

Lillian is now off with APT to continue to explore Vietnam through to Cambodia on a Mekong River Cruise.

Be sure to hear all about her adventures when she returns. 🫶🏻
