Dean and Annie made it to Arkaroola to meet up with Annie’s daughter and family. The McNiven family went for a fly over Lake Eyre and what an incredible sight it was! It was a balmy 44° but the scenery was well worth it!

Our Orange Heli team were fortunate enough to attend the Asia Pacific Aerial Fire Fighting Conference 2023 in Dubbo last week.

During the 2 day conference, our team were able to build on their skills and knowledge relied upon when responding to bushfires and emergencies. The exhibition and aircraft static displays were incredible to see and it was nice to reconnect with the wider aerial firefighting and emergency services community.

They covered not only aviation, but the devastating day in Eugowra, as well as Deans other passion, pistol shooting and his privilege of shooting with his son Peter at international level.
