Kooringal on Langford is a lovely fully equipped 2 bedroom unit just 100 metres from our safe swimming beach, Progress Jetty, Restaurants and Supermarket. The boat ramp is just around the corner too. If you are lucky enough to stay for New Years Eve there isn't better accommodation anywhere in Paynesville to enjoy the two magnificent Fireworks displays a mere 100 metres from our unit, one at 9.30
pm and another at midnight. Enjoy everything Paynesville has to offer, safe waterways, boating, yachting, fishing, swimming, kayaking, jet skiing, bike & walking tracks so bring your bikes. Catch the ferry just around the corner to explore Raymond Island and see the local koalas. Bairnsdale Golf Club is located a short 5 minute drive away, a beautiful 18 hole course. The 90 mile beach, S***m Whale Head and National Parks are a short boat trip away. Ocean Grange on the 90 mile beach is a very special destination only accessible by boat but definitely worth the trip. Hire boats are available in Paynesville. Within easy driving distance is Bairnsdale, a thriving town which will cater to all shopping needs with all the big name supermarkets. There are so many beautiful National Parks, Beaches and interesting places to experience on a days outing in East Gippsland, Lakes Entrance, Buchan Caves, Orbost, Marlo, Cape Conran, Dargo, Den of Nargun, Omeo, Mount Hotham. We have wineries, a brewery at Bruthen, old homesteads, great little country pubs to explore. You will never be short of something to do in East Gippsland! While Kooringal on Langford is so close to the action it is in a very quiet street, ensuring a restful nights sleep. Langford Parade is also one of the oldest streets in Paynesville with many of the original fishermans cottages still standing and having been lovingly restored. Stay in and cook for yourselves with the well appointed kitchen and BBQ, with Richies supermarket a very convenient 100 metres away or wander around the corner to enjoy the local restaurants while looking out over Lake Victoria. Kooringal has two bedrooms both with a Queen size bed. Suitable for up to 4 people. We also have a Portable Cot too. All linen is included (except cot linen), even beach towels! A starter kit of supplies is in the house for your convenience, tea, coffee, sugar, S & P, soap, toilet paper, washing powder. Kooringal has a safe enclosed yard and a lock up garage, pets are welcome however because some of our guests may have allergies we ask pets not be allowed inside. Your hosts Trixy & Ian are locals of Paynesville. Trixy's family have been in the Paynesville area for over 60 years. The family farm was named 'Kooringal' and located at the end of Newlands Drive Paynesville.
