Australian Yacht Crew was formed in 2004 to assist mariners in the yachting industry enter new employment opportunities onboard superyachts and around the marine industry. Our reach caters to the global marine recruitment requirements of all international crew throughout world. The marine industry and working around superyachts is exceptional as it draws upon many different international personali
ties, qualifications and ranges in experience. For this reason we identified a necessity to provide a simplified system for candidates to apply for yacht jobs and likewise for employers to view and contact potential crew. A Y C has been developed by a group of individuals with years of super yacht experience and international marine management to offer valuable guidance and assistance to those seeking a career in yachting.
