How cute is this snap of Logan and Scarlett loving life in Eden Beach?!

We caught up with their owner, Chloe, to see why our community was a great fit for them; here's what was said.

"There are plenty of areas where I can let Scarlett explore and enjoy the outdoors, whether it’s playing in one of the many parks or walking along the coastal path.

My neighbours are always friendly and understanding, which has created such a lovely pet-safe atmosphere.

There are lots of convenient pet amenities, such as dog-friendly parks and pet water stations. Having the beach nearby and plenty of green space and pathways, Eden Beach Estate encourages an active, outdoor lifestyle for both pets and owners like myself with Scarlett" - it’s the perfect place to call home.

We appreciate and acknowledge concerns raised recently by members of the Eden Beach community regarding the entry statement at the intersection of Marmion Avenue and Reflection Boulevard.

While the entry statement in its current form was always designed to be temporary, we are working closely with key stakeholders, community members and the City of Wanneroo to consider future entry statement options.

We are committed to keeping community members informed on the future of the entry statement at Eden Beach.

Every effort is made by Satterley to ensure a balance is struck between residential and commercial land development, recreation reserves, green, open and public space as well as creating aesthetics and amenities our communities can enjoy.
