As the Primary Maintenance Contractor for our valued client, AusGroup have successfully completed the 2nd turnaround project. The second of the planned turnaround maintenance programs for a key LNG operator in the North West of WA commenced in 2021, with the planning component and the actual ex*****on running from March to May 2022.

The multi-discipline turnaround project included:

- Event management; planning and scheduling
- Work packing – Permits/isolations
- Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation work
- Painting, insulation and fire proofing work
- Scaffolding, lifting and rigging
- Production support
- Materials and resource supply
- Quality control
- Completions activities

Performance Summary
- POB – 922 (825 D/S and 97 U/S)
- 1,391 Job Packs
- >150,000 ‘Person’ hours
- 0 Days away from work (DAFW)
- 0 Loss of containment (Tier 1, 2 and 3)
