Whether it is a short weekend away or a full lap; exploring Australia in a caravan is a great option for families.

Most places around Australia have “On- Peak” and “Off- Peak” season.

Travelling in an off peak season may seem undesirable at first but it does come with benefits. It is very ideal for some families as parks are quieter which means you get to enjoy the facilities on offer in your campground and attractions without other people around. Most park also offer discount and cheaper rates as well.

Another great benefit in travelling during the off peak season is that you will get to meet the “locals”; they are a great resource for all the secret spots.
