Our CARE Schools program empowers students to reframe their approach to life and learning, unlocking the Five Creative Habits: imagination, persistence, inquisitiveness, collaboration, and discipline. By partnering with creative practitioners, we inspire students to shape their own learning journeys.

This life-changing initiative began in 2021 when educators and creative practitioners took a leap of creative bravery with FORM. Join us as our journey continues in 2025.
