Many of us know David Attenborough and his inspirational work, where he brings out the knowledge about our planet and the life it contains.

It is probably already too late to realise how us human beings have unintentionally caused harm to other beings who share the world with us; by dominating the food chain and making room for only one species to live on this planet, which I am afraid is not the nature's way and it's consequences are far worse than expected.

The current world of industrialisation, technological advances and ever changing fashion we live in is inherited and probably was the need of time? Can we think of all that we have is at the cost of what? Nothing is without consequences but what can we do right now is; to reduce the consequences or find an alternate source or reduce our necessity (which trust me does not have a cap)!

Is it not the responsibility of us youth to take control of our lives and our future? Can we consume only what is required to live? Can we at least not waste food? Can we at least recycle sensibly? Can we at least put down our phones and think whether having all the things in the world will make me happy or am I wasting the precious moments which I could rather spend with my family and friends?

We probably search for label 'Environment Friendly' on most of our products. Let's ask ourselves: Are we Environment Friendly?
