Coffee, tea, spreads and cooking essentials are provided to help get you started. Enjoy your meals in the dining room or on the outdoor deck table. The light-filled lounge room has comfy couches, lovely views, and a TV with access to Netflix. The main section also has two bedrooms - a generous master bedroom with king-size bed and walk-in robe, and a second bedroom with a double-size bunk bed (double top and bottom). There's also a sky-lit family-size bathroom with a shower over bath. You also have access to the cottage's 'guest suite' area, connected by the balcony, but with a separate entry. This suite has a third sun-lit queen bedroom with its own sitting area, TV, and tea/coffee facilities, and its own bathroom with shower. Perfect for groups who are together, but value a little space at times. The garden has a firepit in amongst mango, orange, nectarine, banana and mulberry trees, and you may spot black cockatoos, king parrots and green tree frogs. The property, which is registered with Land for Wildlife, is on 16 acres which you are welcome to wander through. Take a short walk to the top of 'green hill' (look for the white water tank) for magical views over the countryside, especially at dawn or dusk, or to stargaze at night. The cottage is a great place for children to play and enjoy nature (there's a small dam so supervise as required). We welcome you to bring your well behaved pet upon approval. The cottage has a fenced yard for your dog, and while it may not be fully secure for smaller dogs, the balcony areas are securely fenced/gated. We do not accept excessive barkers or aggressive dogs, and ask that you keep your dog on a leash whenever outside the fenced area. Please take care inside the cottage, and pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding.
