This brand new, spacious three bedroom house in Chiton Court, Port Elliot, sits just a short walk to Boomer Beach.The house features a large entertaining space upstairs with well equipped entertainers kitchen, dining and lounge, powder room and t

wo balcony areas outside. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a double bedand one with a tri bunk( double bed below and single above). There is a second family/lounge room with a sofa bed for one to two extra people.The three way bathroom is conveniently located downstairs also. Head down to Boomer Beach and take the walk around to Horsehoe Bay via Knights Beach. The Flying Fish Cafe is a must for lunch or dinner or even just an icecream stop for the kids.Bring your bikes and ride into Victor Harbor, or the other direction to Middleton and on to Goolwa using the bike track. - Arrive to beds made and the kitchen stocked with all essentials including bread, milk, cereals, sauces, jams, butter, cooking oil, coffee pods for the machine, tea bags etc.

- Quality bed linen and towels included in total price.

- Some beach towels are supplied for guest use also

The Fine Print

- Base price is for 4 people, extra $20 per person per night.

- Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am. Unless prior arrangements are made, *subject to availability

- Please note this property is strictly non smoking both inside and outside.

- Sorry noparties.

- $200 refundable bond is required per booking which will be refunded upon cleaner inspection after your stay.

- Payment can be made via Master Card or Visa or Direct Deposit.

- We require a 25% deposit to confirm then remaining balance 14 days prior to arrival.

This property is pet friendly. You are welcome to bring your favourite furry friend so long as they are kept in the enclosed yard during the day and you bring a dog bed for them to sleep on inside at night. Please clean up and dispose of pet droppings
Any repairs or cleaning required due to pets will be charged to the security deposit. If extra cleaning is required due to your pets, fees will be charged accordingly

Brighton Sunday Market is on this Sunday, 12 February 2023! The weather is on our side again: North Brighton's forecast is for a lovely 24 degrees😎 This week we will be setting up on the BACK OVAL so will have capacity for approx. 220 stalls😊
Stallholders:
💳We take EFTPOS ONLY for seller stall fee payment, no exceptions...please remember to bring your card! Stall spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. Please visit our website for all info and T&Cs www.brightonsundaymarket.org All food and drink sales must be pre-approved by the Market Committee.
⚠Please note that all marquees, gazebos, umbrellas and shade structures must be freestanding and supported by weights. Piercing the ground can damage the underground sprinkler system.
🚗🚓Queuing takes place in the rear car park of the school (off King George Ave), and cars will be directed through to their spot on the oval from first light until at full capacity, no later than 7.30am.
** By entering the oval, stallholders are committing to stay until pack up at noon, as cars will not be permitted to move during market trading hours for safety reasons.
🛍 Shoppers are welcome to arrive from 7.30am until pack up at 12pm midday. Limited parking spaces are available for shoppers in the school car parks for a $2 donation. **Rear car park will not be available for parking until after 7.30am when all seller vehicles have been moved on to the oval. Most stallholders accept cash only and there are no EFTPOS facilities on the grounds, so bring your change!
🚭Brighton Secondary School grounds are a non-smoking/vaping zone at all times.

Meet our right hand man, Angus.

He's only been at The Vine Shed for two months but in that short time he's become our go-to wood oven pizza chef. Having worked around many popular Fleurieu restaurants over the last 10 years it's safe to say he knows his way around the kitchen. [He even helps with wedding security over the summer!]

We love seeing great people slot into the team so seamlessly. Thanks Angus!

Fav Dish: "I usually create my own pizzas for lunch but when I'm pressed for time, definitely the Arancini Balls."

Best part of working here: "The people. For hospitality it's a surprisingly calm and positive work space."
