Haven’t done a charter in a little while. Took Darcy and his mates out on the weekend. They ended up with a great feed and a couple nice snapper coming in.

Few nice gummy’s yesterday for Jacks bucks. The family cup was up for grabs also, the bride to be just sneaked home by a small margin. The boys released one about the same size also. Going to need a new gaff, pure muscle once they get around 20kg.

The pinkie snapper bite was good again yesterday. The esky filled up pretty quick. Customers took home a great feed of fresh fish.

Nothing gives me more satisfaction than when a young lad lands a solid fish and you see his disbelief when it pops up beside the boat and smile when he lands it. 12yo James done a great job on the rod, this fish gave him a hard time. We’ll done mate. Lost 1 and missed 1 also

Some nice school size fish from Sunday morning at daylight. Then it got a bit rough when the tide went against the wind.

Took my old Haines 17L for Run yesterday, on the tuna. Landed 1, lost 1. Only trolled for 4 hrs, seen heaps.
