* Quiet area away from main roads, close to scenic walking trails and close to the Marina Hotel, Cruisers Cafe & fuel outlet.

* A secluded sandy beach is a five minute walk and also the Leisure Centre is also with five minutes of the property (pool, fitness centre etc available).

* The Marina Wharf area is a hive of activity. The fishing boats are often unloading their catch. If you are a keen fisherman maybe throw line in, and catch your dinner, or take walk along the Parnkalla trail & pop in for a drink or meal at the Marina Hotel.

* Marina Holiday Home is 5 minute drive to the Port Lincoln Hotel and city centre for local shopping.

* Billy Lights Point boat ramp also 5 minutes drive from the home (there's room in the front driveway to park a boat).
