As the Exotic Routes of Mongolia comes to end and I’m heading home, it’s been a privilege to share the Mongolian Culture, Nomadic lifestyle and steeped history this nation is all about.

Having a blast here in Mongolia. From the hectic traffic of Ulaanbaatar to the harsh landscape of the Gobi Desert, Mongolia is quite intriguing.
Long days travelling between Ger Camps on off road tracks has made for quite the adventure.

Only 2 more days to go, I’ll post more pics.

I’m off spending a couple days in Hong Kong before heading to Ulaanbaatar tomorrow to commence a 10 Day Along the Exotic Routes of Mongolia trip.
I’m very intrigued and looking forward to what this nation has to offer.

That's a wrap folks.

Corey is now back in the country after his trip to New York.

He spent the last two days exploring the Long Island which was a nice change of pace from the hustle and bustle city.

He will be back in the office Monday so if New York is on your radar feel free to come in and have a chat about it.

Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe is our final stop. More wildlife, helicopters, Bamba Tram across the iconic bridge, guided Falls walk, lunch at the Lookout Cafe, zip-lining and white-water rafting for the brave, and a dinner cruise in the mighty Zambezi as our grand finale!

Crossing into Botswana to SwampStop on the Okavango Delta. Glamping tents, outdoor bathrooms, listening to hippos in the river to drift off to sleep.
A sunset bird-spotting cruise followed by a full day on boats and mokoros (canoes) exploring the Delta. Fish eagles, hippos, and finally our first elephant! 🐘 🦛
Love this place!

Next stop Nkwazi Lodge on the Kavango River. Unique delivery of our luggage before our sunset cruise on the SS Salubrious! 😂
Even got to set foot in Angola on the other side of the river - don’t tell anyone! 🤫

From the coast we start heading northwest across Namibia and into Etosha National Park. Thousands of zebra and springbok, giraffe and birds. We were even fortunate enough to see three rhino in a day! 🦏

Where the desert meets the ocean - Sesriem to Swakopmund. Lunch in Walvis Bay with flamingo viewing. Free day the following day with many excursions available to book. The quad biking was fantastic!

From Fish River we headed to the famous giant dunes of Sossusvlei. Incredible!
A few locals enjoyed time around the pool with me… 😁

We left South Africa and crossed the border into Namibia. Mainly gravel roads, and some of them pretty rough with corrugations and washouts after recent rains.
Sundowners at Fish River Canyon, second largest in the world after that other one in the USA. 😁
Overnight at the quirky Canyon Roadhouse. A few of the group old car buffs, so in their element! 🚗🚜🚛

The Trans-Kalahari National Park borders South Africa and Botswana and is maintained by both countries. Our first wildlife sightings, including some massive millipedes!

Our first few days exploring Capetown and the south. Wine tasting and lunch at Warwick, Robben Island where Nelson Mandela was incarcerated for years, city tour, day tour down to the Cape of Good Hope with a penguin parade and delicious seaside lunch.
Table Mountain summit eluded us until our last try the morning we were leaving to head north. Luckily the cloud cleared enough for our ascent!
Long day in the truck today before a stop at Augrabie Falls.
Off to the Kalahari tomorrow - stay tuned!
