Not too far from camp we explored the largest Stupa in the Western world. Not related to the drunken stupor well known to some, this massive Buddhist pagoda is a work in progress and an amazing creation.

A stupa (also known as a pagoda) is the most sacred building in Buddhism. A stupa symbolises the enlightened mind and the path to enlightenment. A stupa is also a reliquary to house holy relics of the Buddha and other highly realised beings.

Today the results arrived for Clancy's Hair Analysis with FoodFit and some of the things we have to eliminate I would never have guessed were affecting her...like eggs!!

After finding out she has joint degeneration and a stinky body odour lately I wanted to send her hair off to FoodFit like I do with my human clients and I'm so glad I did. There's heaps of red items to avoid including chicken 🐔 🫣

I can choose an appropriate dry food based on the report!
Hopefully this will keep her fit and smelling fresh and give us many more years with her 🙏

Finally made a start on our little vegetable and herb boxes... Clancy has approved so far. Just a couple of simple foods, low oxalate and easy to grow. I'll put some other things directly in the ground amongst the trees and shrubs as there's only 2 small veggie boxes.

I'll never forget the time I found a whole buried chook 🐔 in our Raglan veggie boxes, just the feet sticking out it was macabre 🫣
Don't know who/what did it and it wasn't even one of our chooks! 😱

Blue skies in Hahndorf as we head for home.
Biggest recommendation is to find an alternative exit off the freeway to go visit Hahndorf from Victoria because if 2 cars didn't crash to the left of us as we waited to turn, we would never EVER have crossed the dual carriageway to turn right to go into Hahndorf.
Thanks to fate for that nose to tail and providing a break in relentless traffic...

Just a quick trip to Hahndorf staying at Discovery Parks for Margie to attend a health practitioners workshop in Crafers.
The park is really neat. A bit of highway noise if you don't like hearing trucks on the Jake brakes all night but nice and close to everything we needed and great exercise walking up a steep hill for the amenities.

Pasadena Foodland for lunch so no dinner required, which is good as it's raining now and can't be bothered waddling out.

A bit of exploring in Stirling and some organic kefir and milk from the market cafe, and that's the day done.
